The Monts de Lacaune make up a woody region with coniferous and deciduous trees. Here you will find many forest trails traversing the mountains - a wonderful world to discover on your mountain bike. If you are looking for more comfortable rides, you can take the quiet country roads. The french cycling federation has labeled our neighbouring village La Salvetat sur Agoût "mountain bike site". This area offers 302 kms signposted trails with various levels of difficulty. Lacaune, also close to the lake of Laouzas, has another 180 kms of signposted mountain bike trails. You can rent a mountain bike at the recreation centre of the lake of Laouzas, as well as a guide so that you can enjoy a ride without worries about which direction to go in. |
